CleanlinessGoing well9 mentions

Most hospitals run on a register, a billing program, a pharmacy notebook and a staff WhatsApp group. None of them talk to each other.

Meanwhile, the patients who had a bad visit never say so. You just stop seeing them.

So we built one place for all of it, and gave it a way to ask patients how it went.

The product

From the front desk to the lab bench.

Six parts, with one patient record underneath. What reception types in, the doctor sees. What the doctor prescribes, the pharmacy sees. Nobody copies anything from one register into another.

Front desk

The front desk, without the register. Patients book a token from a link you share, walk-ins go in with a couple of taps, and reception moves each person from booked to arrived to seen.

Try it: book on the phone, or move a patient along

Tokens, the way your OPD already works

Patients pick a day and a session, say Monday evening, and get a place in that queue. Nobody turns up waving a 10:15 appointment.

Walk-ins without the fuss

Press Alt+N on any screen to add someone to today's queue. Their OPD slip prints on your letterhead while they wait.

Doctor on leave? The link knows

Mark a doctor on leave and, if nobody else is covering, that session comes off the booking link. Reception can still add walk-ins, and can see which doctors are in.

No arguments about the free follow-up

When a member turns up on day 25 asking for their free follow-up, reception searches once and sees exactly what they are owed.

Consulting room

Less typing for the doctor. By the time the patient sits down, the OPD nurse has already put in their weight and BP. Pick a medicine, tap the dose and sign off. The prescription is ready to print, the tests go to the lab and reception can see the patient is done.

Try it: add a medicine, pick a test, sign off

Tests

None yet

Tap a test to order it. It reaches the bench when you sign off.

Vitals already filled in

The OPD nurse notes weight, BP and why the patient came in. When the doctor opens the consultation, it is already there.

Last visit, right there

Past visits sit next to the note. If the patient needs the same medicines as last time, the old prescription repeats with one tap.

Test readings beside the note

If the optometrist, the audiometrist or the ECG technician saw the patient first, their readings show up next to the consultation. The same goes for PFT, antenatal checks and psychology.

Nothing quietly changed later

Once a consultation is signed off it cannot be edited. If something needs correcting, the doctor adds a note with their name and the time, much like they would on paper.

Billing

The bill is ready before they reach the door. Consultation, medicines and tests go on one GST bill. Member discounts come off on their own, and at closing time there is a day book to check the cash against.

PAID

Member discounts, applied for you

If the patient is a member, their discount goes on the bill without anyone having to check. Cancel the bill and they get the perk back.

Cash, UPI or your own card machine

You record what came in at the counter, and unpaid bills show how long they have been pending. We never handle the money itself.

No gaps in the bill numbers

One running series per financial year, so there are no missing numbers to explain. CGST and SGST are shown on every taxable line.

Printed on your letterhead

Bills, prescriptions and lab reports all print on A4. Upload your letterhead once, or load the pre-printed paper you already use.

Pharmacy and lab

The pharmacy and the lab, connected to the doctor. The pharmacist sees the prescription as soon as it is signed, and the batch that expires first is picked for them. In the lab, type the readings and anything out of range is marked before the report prints.

Try it: dispense, or change a reading

Stock counts that add up

Every strip that comes in or goes out is recorded, so the number on screen is what should be on the shelf. Nobody types the count in by hand.

A warning before things expire

You are told about batches close to expiry and medicines running low. Anything past its date simply cannot be dispensed.

Panels like CBC and LFT

Order a CBC, an LFT or a lipid profile as one test. The lab fills in each reading on its own line, and the bill shows it once.

Corrections keep the original

If a released reading was wrong, it is corrected with a reason, and the reason prints on the report. The first value stays on record.

Patient feedback

Hear what patients actually think. After the visit, patients scan a QR code and answer a few quick questions. Finishing earns them a membership, which gives them a reason to get to the end. An AI reads every answer and gives you a short list of what to fix first.

Try it: answer the survey as a patient

Read from survey answers only. Never from a medical record.

The reward is for the survey, not a review

Patients get the membership on the survey's last page. After that, everyone sees the same optional Google review link, whatever they said, which keeps your listing within Google's rules.

A report in plain Hinglish

The top complaints, what patients like, and what to do next, written the way your staff talk. If only a handful have answered so far, the report says so.

Finally, a list of your patients

Everyone who booked, walked in or filled in the survey ends up in one list, along with whether they agreed to be contacted.

Who to call this week

Patients who have gone quiet, and patients the doctor wanted back, ranked for reception to ring. Anyone who said no to being contacted never shows up on it.

Your team

The roster, without the WhatsApp forwards. Set up each person's usual week once and mark leave on top of it. Attendance is kept day by day, and everyone's payout is worked out when the month ends.

Shift changes reach their phone

Move someone's shift and they get a notice on their phone straight away. Nobody has to keep checking the notice board.

Hand the running to a manager

If you own the place and see patients too, give a manager the booking link, the price list, the stock and the rota. Clinical records stay closed to them unless you open them.

Attendance, day by day

Staff check in and out from their own login. You or your manager mark the register, with their check-in times shown beside each day.

Payouts you approve

A fixed amount, a fee per consultation or a share of what they bring in. It is worked out for the month and locked once you approve it.

For your team

Everyone gets their own screen.

Reception sees the queue and the bills. The doctor sees their patients. The pharmacist sees what is waiting to be given out. Nobody wades through menus meant for someone else, or sees what is not theirs to see.

Owner

Signs in to Today
  • Starts the day with how things stand: a few numbers and a short list of what needs attention.
  • Can open everything: bills, records, stock, pay, reports and feedback.
  • Decides who can read clinical records, and can see a log of everyone who did.
Nothing is off limits, but even the owner's reads of clinical records are logged.
Made for India

The small things an Indian healthcare facility needs.

Lakh and crore, everywhere

It writes ₹3,42,600, the way you would, and not ₹342,600. On every screen and every printout.

English and Hinglish

Buttons and headings are in English. The explanations patients read, and your feedback report, are in Hinglish, the way your staff and patients actually talk.

13 kinds of practice

Dental, eye, ENT, paediatrics, gynae, ortho, skin, cardiology, physio, mental health, AYUSH, general practice or multi-speciality. Pick yours and the defaults follow.

Light on a patient's phone

The survey and booking pages are kept small, so they open quickly on a basic phone and patchy mobile data. There is no app to download.

Bring your patient list

Got your patients in Excel? Save it as a CSV and import it. Each row has to say whether the patient agreed to be kept on file, and rows that do not are skipped.

Patients look themselves up

With their phone number and a PIN, patients can check their memberships, perks and bookings at every healthcare facility they visit on CuroCompass.

Referrals, with nothing paid

A member can refer a friend, who gets a short membership of their own. Nobody is paid for referring, and we never message the friend.

QR codes for the counter

Print the survey QR and the booking QR once and stick them up. Patients scan them with their phone camera.

Alerts to the right phone

Unhappy feedback and low stock come to you. A shift change goes only to the person whose shift it is.

Privacy

Patient data is the part we were most careful about.

Built around India's DPDP Act from day one. Your healthcare facility owns its patients' data, and we process it on your behalf. None of the rules below can be switched off in Settings.

One clear consent, and a stop that sticks

Patients accept the privacy policy and agree to hear from you about their visits in a single line. If someone asks you to stop, it is one press on their record, and it stays that way even if they fill in another form later.

Medical records never reach the AI

Not in a prompt, not as a summary, not anonymised. The AI only reads what patients say about the service, and any health details they mention are removed before anything is saved.

You can see who opened what

Every time someone opens a consultation, a prescription or a lab report, it is logged with their name and the time, and the owner can read that log.

People see what their job needs

Reception can see that a consultation happened, but not what is in it. The pharmacist sees the medicines, but not the doctor's notes.

Nothing personal in a link

We never put a phone number or a name in a web address, where it could end up in someone's browser history or a server log.

Within Google's review rules

No review gating, and nothing given in return for a review. Every patient sees the same optional link, whatever they answered.

Read the privacy policy

Most patients who have a bad visit won't tell you. They'll just go somewhere else next time. We built CuroCompass so you find out while there is still time to fix it.

Why we built this
Getting started

Set up in an afternoon.

There is nothing to install and no server to keep in a back room. A computer with a browser and a printer is all you need.

5 minutes

Enter your healthcare facility's name and the kind of practice you run. We set sensible defaults for it, and your 30 free days start.

An hour

Add your prices and your people

Put in your services and medicines with their prices, then make a login for each person on the team. If you have a patient list, bring it in too.

Today

Put the QR on the counter

Send your booking link to patients and put the survey QR near the billing counter. From here on, every visit adds to the record.

Tomorrow

Open the Today screen

A line on how the day is going, a few numbers, and a short list of the things that need you.

Pricing

One plan, with everything in it.

There is no basic plan and no add-ons to buy later. Pay by the month, or pay for the year and save 16%. Either way, the first 30 days are free.

30-day free trial
₹4,999a month

Every part of CuroCompass and every role in it, from reception to the lab. Use it in your own hospital or clinic for 30 days before you pay a rupee.

Start your free trial Free for your first 30 days, then ₹4,999 a month. Or ₹49,999 if you pay for the year.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in a web browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. Bills, prescriptions and reports print on A4 from any ordinary printer.
Is it for a single doctor or a hospital?
Both. A doctor on their own can run the whole day from one login. A bigger hospital can give everyone their own login and screen: reception, doctors, the OPD table, the testers, the pharmacy and the lab. It is built for outpatients, though. Admissions and wards (IPD) are not covered.
Can I bring my existing patients?
Yes. Import a CSV file with names, phone numbers and whether each patient agreed to be kept on file. Rows without that agreement are skipped, so you start with a list you are allowed to use.
What do my patients agree to?
On your booking link and your survey there is one line to tick: they accept the privacy policy, which explains what your healthcare facility keeps and why, and agree that you can contact them about their visits and follow-ups. Patients registered at your counter do not tick anything, since they gave their details to be seen. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, it is one press on their record, and it sticks. Their data is stored in India.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Add your GSTIN, mark which items are taxable, and every bill shows CGST and SGST, numbered in one series per financial year. Without a GSTIN you get a plain bill. Which items are taxable is for your accountant to decide. CuroCompass applies whatever you set.
Do you take payments from my patients?
No. You record what you collected at the counter, whether that was cash, UPI or your own card machine. We never handle the money, never connect to a payment gateway and never store a card number.
Does the AI read medical records?
Never. The AI only reads what patients write about their visit in the survey. Consultations, prescriptions, lab results and vitals are never sent to it, and there is no setting that changes that.
Will this affect my Google reviews?
It is built to protect them. The membership is for finishing the survey and is given before the review link shows up. Every patient then sees the same optional link, whatever they answered, and nobody gets anything for leaving a review.
Can patients book online?
Yes, from a link or a QR code you share. They choose a day and a session and get a booking reference to show at the counter. Nobody pays online.
Which kinds of practice does it suit?
General practice and multi-speciality, plus dental, ophthalmology, ENT, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, dermatology, cardiology, physiotherapy, psychiatry and counselling, and AYUSH. What you pick sets a few defaults, like the order of the vitals and the options on the booking form, and you can change it later.
What if we have no pharmacy or no lab?
Turn it off in Settings and it disappears from every screen. Turn it back on whenever you open one.
What does it cost?
₹4,999 a month, with everything included. If you would rather pay once a year, it is ₹49,999, which is 16% less than twelve monthly payments. Every new account gets 30 days free first, so you can try it on real working days in your own hospital or clinic before you pay anything.

Didn't find your question? Write to us at [email protected]

Give it a month in your own hospital.

The first 30 days are free, then it is ₹4,999 a month, or ₹49,999 for a whole year. You can set it up in an afternoon on the computers you already have.
